They have a great variety of stuff ranging from your basic bong to the most high-end and current in the heady glass community and John is an expert and knows exactly what to bring in to appease both communities ,while meeting price points for both budges. The place is great and the guy (I believe it's the owner) is very helpful. Just tell him what you need and your budget. The Asian lady assistance is a little difficult to communicate. But she did a great job packing my buy.

You just cannot find customer service like this anymore. I had multiple issues using a CAD credit card online and they just continued to follow up and provide outstanding customer service. I wish more companies cared about their customers the AB does. This is my second PuffCo purchase and their prices are literally the best online. Everyone will be getting Puffco for Christmas this year ... Can't wait for my next order!
