I've used Hermes Bitcoin ATM many times and never had any problems. It was easy to use and the machine is always in good working order. Thanks Hermes Tonight I bought a big quantity of bitcoin and I tried to use the discount password that they gave me..but it didn't work...I tried it a few more times but nothing worked. So after I got done at the machine I text Hermes and told them my situation and the 10 % was a large some that I was counting on..they said they were sorry but the code should have worked. About the time I thought I'd been had..I got a text saying they could refund the difference to my wallet or my recievers wallet. These guys are awesome! Thanks again Hermes!!

Simply the most user-friendly Bitcoin ATM I’ve ever used. I just wished it dispensed a receipt of each transaction.

I still have two pending transaction from your Bitcoin ATM.. two went through. Two still hanging. You should fix this problem

Hermes is also easy to use and always gets to where it going to quickly
