Hermes Bitcoin ATM – Northridge

If there is zero star or minus I like to use it. It’s been 5 days I bought bitcoin & till now not showing in my account, I tried call, email & texts hundreds times but NO RESPONSE, only 2 times said processed but nothing in the account. They are taking your money & no customer service at all. Now I don’t know where is my money & where should I go , it’s $900 not $9. Where should I complain I don’t know. BTY, this is not the first time that happened with me but at least responding after 2 days & fixing the issue, but this time NOTHING.

It's convenient to do the Bitcoin sending, thank you!, I was the one who complaint Abt. The $600.00 I sent was not received, I send txt messages to your customer service but I did not had the answer why the money I sent was not received, I want them to give me an answer, I Kno it floated, t sent a LTR but still no answer, the only way Bitcoin shd improve the transaction is as soon as the recipient withdraw from the other end is to confirm that the said money was received with date & time, that's what you have no like that system, hope you hear my plea, hope I get an answer till now! Hope Bitcoin will take care of this problem I'm your customer for 2 yrs NOW first time this happened to my transactions,

Great company to do transactions with! The kiosk is easy to use, customer service is very helpful. And the location in Northridge you feel very safe going in there. Their rates are less than most others as well. I highly recommend using this company

I gave 4 stars because ur service doesn’t recognize the T-Mobile network and I had to call and have a receipt sent to me via text message. I hope u get this corrected soon other than that I have no other issues
